Things should “just work”, “magically”, you see.  After the weasel words our readers are still saying “just make it friggin’ work, Steve”.

Apple-lovers stumble upon this site through google to complain: read their stories and multiply (oh, and sign our petition).  Apple are obviously feeling defensive, and competitors haven’t even arrived yet!

Here is our “Steve spike” (flash graph courtesy of Google Analytics).  That’s right Steve, its not video or a game but its still flash: flash is everywhere – you forgot to mention that.  No analytics for you, iPad users!

*OK, it was only 14, but its still a record, yeah?
